Anne’s personal journey to Optimum Health

I was working 70+ hours a with with 24/7 on call and very frequently called unnecessarily. I was burnt out both mentally and physically, off sick with Bronchities and having been diagnosised with Emphysema a couple of years earlier life was looking very bleak. I had suffered with a chronic headache with intermittent cluster migraines for  longer than I could remember, chronic oral thrush from prescribed inhalers and was also showing early signs of Peripheral vascular disease. This coupled with hyper-sensitive skin which would react to any product at any time causing problems in my professional life.

I found these products which are pure nutrition and herbal based. Once I started on the products my energy level seemed to improve almost daily over the next few months. As I learnt more about the effects of different products on the body I included more items into my daily routine.

6 months later: I had energy to burn every day, was sleeping at night without the constant nightmares of the past or spending half the night trying to get off to sleep. I no longer required the inhalers and the chronic oral thrush they caused cleared within days using a herbal based gel as toothpaste. I was off all prescribed medication and my Doctor was telling me not to stop what I was doing. Within 12 months I suddenly realized I was no longer getting headaches and have never had another migraine. Following a routine medical check up and blood tests, my Doctor was amazed at the results as they had improved in areas he never thought possible. My skin is no longer reacting to half the number of things it did before.

Now 5 years on I can't remember the last time I was sick or took time off work. All due to all natural Nutritional products in a Herbal base.
